• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
• Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We ship products within India. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on location and product type.
• Delivery Timeframe: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Damaged Products: If products are damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Address: Tropical Zone is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Product Information

• All product images and descriptions on the Site are provided for reference and may vary slightly in appearance.
• Live plants are subject to natural variation and may not look identical to their images due to seasonal and environmental factors.
• Products are sold for personal use only. Resale without authorization is prohibited.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or is not as described.
• Refunds: Refund requests for eligible cases must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed after verifying the claim.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and trademarks on our Site are the property of Tropical Zone or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
